The Importance of Trust in a Small Business
I only give freedom to people who I trust. So I trust my head chef. And I'm trusted. It's team effort, still a small business. You could probably picture 20 regulars that you say you're 50, right? Yeah. Could you even just anecdotally, over the next three months, every regular that you see, say, hey, if you've got time one day, can you drop in coffee and lunch on me? That would be awesome. But yeah, I probably do need to do something more formal. As I grow, I'll need, you know, doing other venues and things I'll need to be more on top of that customer experience. Like,
