The Benefits of Psychodynamic Therapy
It's useful sometimes to have a sense of like, okay, my problem is vaguely about something in my past. Maybe this is one of those cases where a psychodynamic therapy would be good for me. And so the modalities can kind of point in those directions a little bit. But ultimately, it's just less of an indicator than having a good fit with the therapist that you feel or coach that you feel is like, you know, you inspires that hope and optimism and has that emotional connection.
