Move Na Can Help Your Strength Training Um

I can attest to the fact that move nap can help your strength training. anytime you put yourself outside of the same patterns you do all the time there's a lot of opportunity for growth yeah. I was so tight in my chest I couldn't even do it at the beginning but doing some of the opening movements with move nap has completely increased that flexibility  so I can get in that position comfortably. There're a lot of benefits from adding heavy loads and we view lifting as part of natural movement lifting is just a part of natural movements.
