I think the only time I really like to invoke that is when it comes to people who are doing a diet. And, you know, what is 15% of calories for protein? What does that mean? You know, 1800 calories or do you eat 3000 calories? Those are two different numbers. If saturated fat is toxic for us, then you should put a number on it. 60 grams per day is too much or 20 grams is too much. It's not a percentage of calories that has nothing to do with real biochemistry.
