Do you feel like the experience of being both a patient and a therapist has affected your practice or made it better, deeper? I hope it sort of gives me some empathy. It's really recommended it's not required for all psychiatry residents to go to be in therapy. But so I do find it to be incredibly helpful also when you're seeing tons of different patients,. You know, from the emergency room to outpatient to inpatient.
