Breathe Light - How to Slow Down Your Breath
Breathalyser is a way of changing your breathing patterns. The aim is to take less air into the body, to build carbon dioxide up in the blood. As you breathe less air and carbon dioxide increases in your blood, your blood vessels dilate. Hemoglobin releases oxygen more readily so even though you're breathing less air, you've got increased delivery to the tissues. This can have a calming effect. Breathalyser also helps activate the body's relaxation ron response. And for 15 minutes before sleep, really slow down regulation. You will feel drowsy, you will have increased watery saliva,. So it's very important for people to be able to recover.
