Introduction

Breathwork is the practice of changing your breathing pattern to shift your mental, emotional, and physical state. As you take deep, circular, connected breaths, continuously and without any breaks, in a surprisingly short period of time, you'll find yourself in a non-ordinary state of consciousness. The aim of this conversation was to create something of a comprehensive, beginner's guide to Breathwork. We go into some of my personal experiences lying on his Breathwork table,. And he makes the really interesting case for why our thinking is directly influenced by our breathing.
