Gong - Lessons Learned

Gong is one of the most successful businesses of this sort of tech generation. From the very beginning, when you put Gong in the hands of users, they went crazy for it. We tried to move away from emotion that was really comfortable to us at one point and recognize, you know, moving away from pilots and moving back. And I'd even say one thing that that chorus did better than us is they did a really good job of giving advisors pretty early. They think they got through giving them some equity, but they insert these like champions inside of decent sized organizations That would block us out pretty well.
