Research shows that when people who are the target of a particular bias speak up, they have more impact. If you're making your learning visible and it's in the context of them seeing you as somebody who cares deeply about these issues, I think you'll actually create a ripple effect of learning. One of my homes here at nightline is Nightline and we have an incredibly diverse staff with many different ethnic extractions. It is very comfortable and very jokey but can lapse into kind of like careful language devoid of any irony or humor.
