Stasha: I look at sleep with these a few components to it. duration, intensity and timing. Areougingto the bed at the same time? Is the rhythm or the consistency as it should be? Is there adequate time asleep? And is the intensity adequate, meaning you're not tossing and turning and very wakeful? There's many things that can influence those, but that's at least one structure in which i look at.
