How to Treat Unhappy Stories

It's a good strategy to kind of like pursue some of the good happy stories, because you don't, it's difficult to sell the kind of like sad stories in the tragedies. But at the same time, we deal with with a lot of tragedy in our products and our websites that there's there's abandonment,. This people, this usability issues, this people who fail. Now, I had a question. Is that two stories if we have happy endings and tragedies, are they two stories? Or is it one story that's like forked at the climax? That is a great question. And so there, my answer to that is there are two ways to treat the unhappy stories.
