If you're an elite athlete there's going to be imbalances that's about mine. like military presses chin ups and bench press it is clear that they favor their plain hand what are the unilateral exercise you would recommend to correct this imbalance or is this imbalance okay well okay nowYeah if you read my work you'll know that I have a love affair with the one arm bench press so I bench pressing here right arm is going to be free bench pressing here bring my thumb into my armpit and I push up it because by the way it's an excellent throwing exercise and probably for tennis players too.
