The Origins of Taskbot

The origins of taskbot actually overlap and encourage new and creative ways to play this game but i think it's really funny. In late 2009 the moderators of um the taskvideos.org proposed shutting down the website because of a philosophical problem our community has been having with the very nature of tasses. A lot of people in the community including micro 500 who's going to be kind of the hero of this chapter thought that if tasks wasn't able to work on the mario world then there was no point in doing speedrunning.
