The Importance of Protein on a Budget Focused Diet

There's a cognitive dissonance from this idea that you can't achieve protein adequacy on a plump-based diet. You have to eat a lot more of those products to maintain the same amount of protein as you can if you just eat animal products or at least some animal products. All plants contain all amino acids, but in varying amounts, some contain very low levels of lysine or methine or whatever.
