Do You Have a Goal for the Overhead Push Press?
If your goal was to do a hundred push ups, then you do it. You may all knock it out in one, maybe two sessions at the most. The pull up and the overhead push jerk, a push prast one, those will take some practice. And that's where your real folkus is going to have to be. I'm just saying, for what you're trying to do, i just see that as issues.
