The city of Scottsdale owned the fleet. They get, they get federal funding. Their buses are subsidized about 80%. And so it makes sense for them to, for them to own the fleet. There is a little like, you know, deferred maintenance,. stuff like that. Sometimes it's worse than others. But the lady didn't have any other operations. She was effectively out of business by losing this contract.
