Meditation - Is Your Mind Thinking?
Msida tegenia speaks a lot about this, and i just want to read a few of his teachings. He said, when the mind is thinking or wandering, just be aware of it. When you feel disturbed by the thinking mind, remind yourself that you are not practising to prevent thinking. Itis an important message for meditators. Our practice is to beware of thoughts and then to discern, is the skilful, is it unskilful? Andi a lot of thoughts are coming int, means we're not meditating. That just adds to the struggle. Well, it's a deepening of a wrong attitude.
