The performance management chart, usually it is something called your CTL, your chronic training load. And then your freshness, or your readiness, or whatever the, it's the difference between the two. Basically, it is trying to look at how much training you've done recently and then try to assess whether that is means you're recovered or not based on how much trainingyou've done historically.
