A rumination actually like kind of backfires it stokes the fear and What exposure is designed to do is allow you to have the thought you have the thoughtyou sit with it You feel uncomfortable and you don't ruminate And the experience will be one whereYou're kind of bringing it up and you're trying to get yourself out of your mind.
