Naps are good if you're an efficient sleeper. I think it's a bad idea for people to sleep when they have no constraints on their sleep. Try to keep napping relatively short, 20, 25, 30 minutes closer to the beginning of the day. And pay attention to how you fall asleep when you nap. You can wear a tea shirt with a pocket backwards and put a tennis ball in the pocket to train you not to sleep in chavas in a corpse pose. If you don't get em, thirely get em! It's like our boneous sleep is sort of like extra credit. We want to facilitate the sleeping process so we don't let you sleep
