What's the Best Way to Motivate?
Edo: When i think of resistance to sharing, it's because of one of the big three. Either somebody is afraid of losing their power or they're afraid of getting in trouble. The systems don't make it easy to share knowledge, that there's technological impediments to sharing. How do we get that engagement? I think there's intrinsic motivators and everyone for why they come in and bring their best to the job. It bears researching, it bears understanding, and we can address it.
