What You'll Find When You Work With High Level Athletes

When you work with high level athletes, they don't train ye round with the strength coach of the team. And most of those guys, if they're training all at the same place, that guy must know what he's doing. I like tim anderson, original strength, basic segmental rolling and craw. For me was crawl can kind of help reset the body or y i think just what a baby crawl does. But certain individuals didn't buy into it so much as others did. If i were to be back in coaching to day, in the types of staff that i would put together, in one of the persons i would i would hire, he would probably be in charge.
