I make sure when I train with you, I don't get too close. Trap bar deadlift is a godsend. Are you benching? Mm hmm. You're going to go all the way. But do you ever think you're probably going to pull those out? Oh, yeah, I'm going to have to for sure. Yeah. If nothing else, I mean, the single on my squats gone from, you know, 430 down to 390,. And that's a good day. That's a pretty significant drop.
