Is It Safe to Do a Traditional Lift Without Restriction?

The one place where you need to be doing a traditional lift without restriction is if you're training for maximum strength. If you do blood forters tat exercise with low loads, assuming it's not extremely low, i'll give you around 20 or 30%. You will get stronger, but it will be to a much smaller degree than you would with traditional exercise. Just again illustrating the point that about lifting heavy weight is the best way to get better at lifting heavy weight. It doesn't mean that you won't get stronger lifting lighter weight, but you won't be as strong as you were.
