The Importance of Expansion in Coaching
I think that for people who are going in that direction is, you know, even deep exploration and expansion of understanding within your metaphysical understanding. And then I do think like quote unquote efficiency will come from that. But it's interesting because if the original sort of prompt about all of this was about someone searching or trying to assess a relationship or searching for a therapist,. One thing that I have seen out there is a bunch of therapists who have like all these modalities; they're not good today. So I think specialists in therapy can be really, really not right.
