Working from home was up to about five % of the work force. Now i think i seno, it's gongto end of being 25, 30 or forty%. And we're trying to figure that out. What will we teach in that course? We say, let's think about basic elements of the psychology of the work place. How they might be different when when your world is basically reduced to a 13 inch screen.
“You’re not going to hit the mark with everybody, but you still need to be mindful of everybody,” says Jonathan Levav, the King Philanthropies Professor of Marketing. “That’s critical to create an environment where communication is effective.”
