Do Static Stretching, Some Single Leggard Yells, Some Side Binds, Something Like That

Doing what i call feel good work is just as important for me as my main training sessions. When i don't do stuff like that, i do hurt my back. I've gotten waymore into cooking and baking, and that's also been really great for me. And a big area of personal growth for me as someone who works on line, is a, improving it not getting sucked into arguments. It has to have reclaimed like, dozens of productive hours in my life.
