I'm a big believer in magnesium, so i'll take youn for me, 600 milligrams before bed. I put it on just about every meal. And i have some of my endurance athletes at our coacher literally putting pink salt into their water bottles and it made a tremendous difference. Depending on your size, your weight, your activities, somewhere between four and 800 milligrams a dayy,. sort of a more pop thing these days. So, ive hed you tat, yes. Ta, general amount you're shooting forr, just kind of arbitrary salt your fiusr, i just salt my food.
