Reverse discrimination is the idea that people in a majority are getting less opportunities because of their identity. It's not a thing because there's simply not enough black people or people with other identities to take up the work, says crystal bird farmer. "I hope people start thinking about their networks and their communities," he adds. 'Everybody wants to be around people t have similar interests'
