The Proprioceptive Training

Yoga is the practice of like recognizing the intentions your body carries around without even recognizing them. My body's intention is to protect itself from going too far because it's afraid I will fall down. That's why I have pain. When I started practicing Tai Chi, that's when I really lost my vestibular function. It happened simultaneously with your failure of your not a failure in my proprioception, a failure inmy vestibular. Right. And there's practical ways people can go about doing that if they want to learn to listen to their body and their systems.
