The Importance of Mechanical Tension in Training
We change the workouts every three to four weeks. There's always something in there that you could categorize as mechanical tension. And then metabolic stress thrown in there, whether it's a pump and prime circuit at the beginning of the workout or at the end as a finisher. So there's always a nice variety of all three of these in your programming. We take the guesswork out of, out of programming for you and people tend to love it.
