Do You Ever Foresee Yourself in Your Life Not Working Out?
For me, i just kind of go in and you can just feel it. I think that's the difference where it's like tracking your progress becomes more and more important when you're more likely to quit. Right now, i'm asuming going to the gim is a habit. You enjoy it, you like how it makes you feel. For a lot of people, that's the norm, and then they end up quitting. And stopping because whell, it's just not working. So what's the point? Whereas for you, it's like, i'm just going by how i feel like. I know it makes me feel better. Then it might make you overthink
