Is Italy a Big Part of Your Book?
In restaurants, we're starting to see wine lists that are promoting categories that i definitely didn't see ten, 15, 20 years ago. I think the buyer has become smarter, a more savy, im also more experimental, more essive. So one of the things that surprise me about your book is not just the number of s ks, line item astates. Teyu represent from spain, but also from italy. It's quite big. Is that a reflection of the restaurant market in chicago, that there's interest in italian wine? Or is it that italy represents such a big part of your book, if not your sales?
