A lot of my clients are in business or they're in entertainment and the performance that they want, they just want to be sharper. But I do agree with you that sometimes you've got like endurance runners that go through something that Mark Sisson calls chronic cardio that's not very healthy. And you've got the bodybuilders that are just kind of overdoing it. So where do you stand on that sort of like paradox between the two extremes?
