Bob Schul's interval training was not for everybody, but there are some examples. I think the physiology gets overrated a little bit here because there are so many ways to get your VO2 max at its, at its biological peak. And then also you have to think about injuries. Glenn: Running is very simple with no equipment involved except shoes and how you can leverage that.
