Do You Need More Hamp String Work?
Soreness is not the goal here. It's an inflammatory process that makes you stronger faster than any other programme on earth. All of the stuff that makes you sore, the most sore is the stuff that involves a rebound at the bottom of a hip flexion. I probably do eits with it. And i don't now that sore hamp strings are necessarily useful to anybody because under normal circumstances, under under the normal circumstances of the squat and the dead lift, your hamp strings don't get sore. So deliberately making them sore, for some reason, i just, i don't know that that's as useful as it sounds. But how do you know that you need more
