How to Educate the Other Side
In your process of education, what are some different approaches that you use or tactics that you use to educate the other side? Yeah, that's a very good question. In a lot of it is nothing but time and need to sit down and meet with them and give them as much information as you have. How in my homes a public company does business is very different than how a private developer has the ability to do business. The way a single family builder looks at ground versus multifamily person looks at ground is very different. And I think that explaining your concerns, your considerations will get you a lot farther than you could possibly think.
