How to Accelerate the Process of Listening

Coaching is about relationships and communication. A shitty coach with good science is not going to do well, just like a really good coach with, say, 1800 science is probably going to make some errors. If you want to find someone who can get you really good applicable information, they should to some degree be walking the walk themselves. They want to show that they have science literacy and they can reason their way through things. And then they most importantly, are displaying the characteristics of a rational skeptic - putting a ladder down to help you climb up.
