"I think the bigger issue here is that rock star has not budgeted for something more than that," says Marty. "It could have gone real bad like the GTA trilogy, right? I mean, this is much more modern visually speaking,. But they did attempt to modernize the visuals in that and it did not go well." The game will be released on PlayStation 4 (PS4 Pro) and Xbox One (Xbox one X) but there's no PC version yet. Rockstar seems to be very angry about PC users modding their games.
