architectural engineering companies can grow pretty large because it's a well educated work force, and there's a lot of autonomy and pride. The key to creating a sustainable, long term company is predictable, sustainable and transferable value. Most companies have two are strong and two or three of those areas, but they're blind to the opportunity cost of the deficiencies in the other airs. And so that's where, like i good leadership and good organizational structures, you start to build em with people around you that help you sore ubt your weak spots.
