The Art of Finding Your Limit

Pacing is the goal directed distribution of effort across an exercise bout. We're not talking about pacing, running with someone or by some one during a race. We're talking about self regulation, or personal pacing yourself. So this isn't exclusively for a pacer the last half of a race. This is something that every runner is always doing in every run. It should be really sort of empowering, cause you can get better at it.
