Base training is the foundation of not just endurance sports, but of being healthy. We need to have this solid arobic bass if we want to be a good endurance athlete and if we wants to be a healthy one. When i first started running, when i didn't know anything about this, i thought, while i need to go out start running. And so i went out there and worked as hard and as fast as i could.
