Performance vs Learning, Isn't Learning?

Nickie williams: What you see in performance isn't always reflective of learning. In fact, if something is easy and fluid to keats point, there may not be very much learning going on. It's not engendering those processes needed for learning. If my performance is at a hundred %, i'm not learning anything. I'm not being challenged. And it makes sense that challenge need to scale according to the skills of the learner.
