Ironman World Championships - Christian and Gustav's Race at St. George

Christian and Gustav were in a group of five people at 90k into the bike where if the race was going to be one it would be won by them. If we want to run fast over these long distances half marathons, full marathons off the bike that we need to be doing a lot more running. There is a gap but it's not a huge gap if we look at marathon time in an Ironman compared to the best in world there's a huge gap.
