How Much Oxygen Is Getting Into the Bloodstream?
The amount of oxygen in the blood stream isn't really limiting your exercise capacity. But i guess where i'm coming from is, and i think steve will agree with us, is that we want to increase the range of our capacity. We want to feel that we can be comfortable and can be efficient across a range of tital s, breathing frequenciies. So that's where i think the real value of kind of dis breath training comes in.
