The only discords i have ever been are for like, weird, like shit crypto currency. Wherever you get your podcass, you have a discord associated with your substack. The gist of it is often people trying to feel their way with getting into lifting and sometimes the more intermediate or advanced aspects of lifting. And they all just kind of resource share, i think, is the primary dynamic of it. Why whater water, crypto ido you doisgactean.
