Lately I've been reflecting on past experiences of mine where someone has hurt me. There's been plenty of times where I've fought fire with fire and tried to get even, but it never got me far. We've all heard the saying, hurt people hurt people but what if instead of hurting others back, we grow and heal instead? In today's episode I talk about breaking the cycle and getting better instead of bitter. I talk about why people hurt people, being the bigger person, letting your ego get in the way and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
