Is This a Book About Influencing People?
This is not a book about making friends. Dale Carnegie, he follows that with his psychology was superb. He basically says, look how nice oil, bear and John D. Rockefeller was when he broke this coal miner strike. The word influence as an influencing people in the title, it doesn't mean a good influence. It's influence as in the sense of manipulation. Jeff Bezos has so many friends. On the outside, it's basically like, hey, do you want some friends? But on the inside, it's a book about gaining clients.
