Rebecca Tuck has practiced employment law at Old Square Chambers for almost 25 years and took silk two years ago. Since 2020, she's been working entirely from home apart from the odd occasion where she goes to a physical tribunal. Flexible Working Regulations 2014 covers only qualified employees so that whole employee work debate is very live here. The current provisions are set out in part 8A of the Employment Rights Act - but it doesn't cover workers.
