Are You a Leader Who Inspires Not Intimidates?

Alex, I don't get the sense from you that you intimidate in terms of your demeanor or your tone. Your knowledge might be so intimidating to people that they would rather come to you to the answer than risk coming to you not knowing. What do you think you could do that would make others feel more comfortable coming to you, not knowing exactly what the answer is, but willing to take a risk that they will suggest a solution?
